E-learning Module – Introduction to Reading Schools ELC

This is a short self-directed e-learning module for ELC staff to learn more about the Reading Schools ELC programme, its framework and how to navigate the online application process.

Introduction

Welcome to our Reading Schools ELC e-learning page for commencing your journey, gathering your evidence and finalising your submission for accreditation, where we have curated a series of learning elements to help give you a clear idea of the programme’s expectations and assist with planning your Reading Schools ELC journey.

There are three learning areas covered on this page, providing you with an overview of the Reading Schools ELC framework, an understanding of what types of evidence you will be asked to provide and preparing you for your submission. Once you have completed all learning outcomes, you can join us at one of our upcoming CLPL sessions, where we can discuss what you have learned and what your Reading Schools submission might look like. In this session, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and meet fellow ELC settings from across our three participating areas (Angus, Glasgow City and Renfrewshire).
